HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $20 per order or standard shipping at 7USD.

Free shipping on orders above 50 USD.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BANNI ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments and Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM BANNI?

Absolutely! Banni is based in Stockholm, Sweden, managed and run by Swedes. Banni uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact hi@bannijewelry.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hi@bannijewelry.com as soon as possible of placing your order and we will do our best to help. We can not guarantee that we can make any adjustments once an order have been placed.

We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period. Orders that have already been shipped or proceeded we are unable to cancel.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We generally deliver all orders in 6-14 working days

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control

Banni uses UPS & USPS for all orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email hi@bannijewelry.com

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory.  You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed.  To cancel, you may e-mail us at hi@bannijewelry.com

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Banni does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Banni, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Returns Policy

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your jewelry

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Email us at hi@bannijewelry.com for returns, exchanges & repairs.

We are not able to offer exchanges on any orders. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

Banni offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns can be sent to our Returns Warehouse based in the United States.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy!

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your jewelry.

To initiate a return, simply email us at hi@bannijewelry.com using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by Banni within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. 

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Banni cannot be held liable for the loss of jewelry being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. Returns are given in store-credit.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hi@bannijewelry.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

 

WHAT ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING TIMES

All orders gets processed and packaged within 2 working days. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally it will take 7-14 working days for our jewelry to arrive.
